What an athlete does and how an athlete behaves outside of the hall, gym, field or track has a huge impact on his or her performance during the training hours as well as the outcome during the competition time. Optimized and consistent daily actions and habits will speed up the growth process and consequently develop disciplined and responsible players.

The intention is to learn athletes to create an environment in which it is easy to eat clean, train hard and smart, sleep deeply, recover properly, think mindfully and live socially. The goal is to grow champions.
