The Process ...

Individual meetings

→ First free session (45-60 min) that serves to set a foundation for the coaching relationship, to establish rapport and trust, to explain key concepts, to identify the current state of the client and to review the coaching agreement. 


… upon agreed cooperation between the coach and the client and the package selection, the following steps are taking into action …

 

→ Building collaborative, nonhierarchical relationship between the coach and the client based on mutual respecthonesty and open communication
→ Uncovering how the client meets his/her basic daily needs and making the client understand the consequences of the choices on own health in the short- and long-term
→ Creating an individualized goal-oriented plan based on the client’s needs, priorities and boundaries, and defining detailed steps for how to achieve the desired results
→ Helping the client develop simple lifestyle changes and adopt healthy daily habits
→ Learning the client to control how to eat well, sleep enough, think 

clearly, exercise smart and create close relationships
→ Assisting and guiding the client during the process
→ Supporting the client during potential setbacks and failures, and making the client realize the opportunity to learn
→ Providing constant feedback and progress evaluation

The main GOAL is improvement of health and well-being of the client as well as a lifestyle change achieved by implementation of simple healthy habits.

 

The VISION is to create a stable environment in which it is easy to eat well, sleep lots, move often, think deeply and create real connections.

Furthermore, engaging consistently in a healthy lifestyle will increase longevity, indicate normal levels of heart rate and blood pressure, clean arteries and veins, increase blood flow, reduce blood sugar levels and body fat, enhance immune system, improve metabolism, enhance endurance and lower fatigue, and much more.

 

Clients will reduce the risk of preventable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, stroke, headache and migraine, chronic pain, ADHD, heart attack, osteoporosis, mental and eating disorders, injuries and accidents, infectious and autoimmune diseases, insomnia, and so on.
